Soon-to-be-divorced Tom Cruise hasn't seen his daughter Suri since his at odds wife Katie Holmes filed for divorce last month and apparently doesn't know when he will see her again - according to a report in the Herald Sun.
Although he plans on being reunited with the youngster as soon as possible, there is no solid date set for when the actor - who is currently filming his latest film Oblivion in California - will be reunited with his six-year-old daughter. His lawyer, Bert Fields, has since come forward saying that Cruise will soon see his daughter again and although he doesn't know exactly when, "it will be very soon".
Cruise, who recently turned 50, reportedly received news of Holmes' intent to divorce him via a phone call, apparently while he was shooting a stunt scene whilst in Iceland filming for Oblivion!
News has recently surfaced that Jennifer Lopez, a friend of the one-time family, has said that she is "sad for them. They're both really lovely people, and just like Marc and I, it's not what you want to happen".
Cruise has been continuing his work on Oblivion since news of the split arose, whilst Kate is still in New York, plotting the next move in her career.
